FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Simple answers to the main questions before requesting a proposal.

What is an intelligent website?

An intelligent website is designed to go beyond a traditional online presence. Besides presenting a company professionally, it can be configured to analyze visitor behavior, understand where people click, which pages they visit and where they lose interest. With that data, the experience can be improved over time.

What is the difference between a normal website and an intelligent website?

A normal website is usually created, published and left almost unchanged. An intelligent website is built to be monitored after launch, using data to identify improvement opportunities in copy, buttons, sections, forms and calls to action.

Does the website guarantee more sales?

No. No website can guarantee sales. The goal is to create a professional, clear structure prepared to make contact easier, improve the visitor experience and increase the chances of conversion. Results also depend on the offer, market, traffic and quality of the service or product.

What is included in a website?

It depends on the selected plan, but it usually includes site structure, professional design, mobile version, main pages or sections, contact buttons, form, WhatsApp connection, basic search engine optimization and preparation for online publication.

Which pages should my website have?

It depends on the business. A simple site may only need one page with presentation, services and contact. A more complete site may include Home, About, Services, Portfolio or Examples, Process, FAQ, Contact, Privacy Policy and Terms.

How long does it take to create a website?

The timeline depends on the size of the project and how quickly the content is provided. A simple site can take less time, while a complete site with several pages, custom copy and more visual detail may require more workdays. The final timeline is defined in the proposal.

Do I need to already have text and images?

Not necessarily. Ideally, you should provide a logo, photos, services, contacts and some information about the business. If the text is not organized yet, the main information can be structured into clear website copy.

Does the website work well on mobile?

Yes. Every website should be created with a mobile version so it works well on phones, tablets and computers. This is essential because many clients visit websites directly from their phones.

Can the website have WhatsApp and a form?

Yes. The website can include direct WhatsApp buttons, a contact form, email, phone, location and social media links. The goal is to make contact as simple as possible for the visitor.

Are domain and hosting included?

Domain and hosting can be handled in different ways depending on the project. They can be purchased directly by the client or configured with support during the process. The proposal should clearly state what is included and what is paid separately.

What is monthly support?

Monthly support is an optional service to keep the website active, analyzed and continuously improving. It can include visitor behavior analysis, a simple report, improvement suggestions, button review, form checks and weekly changes if needed.

What does the monthly fee include?

The monthly fee can include monthly visitor behavior analysis, a simple report, improvement suggestions, weekly changes if needed, link checks, call-to-action review and support by email or WhatsApp. Larger changes or complex features are quoted separately.

Can I request changes after the website is published?

Yes. Small changes can be made within the monthly support plan if it is active. Larger changes, new pages, new features or full redesigns may require a separate quote.

Does the website include an online store?

An online store is not included in the base plans unless stated in the proposal. An online store requires product setup, payments, shipping, order management and additional features, so it should be quoted separately.

Does the website include social media management?

No. Website creation is separate from social media management. However, the website can include links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other platforms.

Does the website include paid ads?

No. Google Ads, Meta Ads or other paid advertising campaigns are not included in the base plans. They can be handled through a partner, external service or separate proposal.

Will the website be mine?

Yes. After full payment, the final website is delivered or published as agreed in the proposal. Domain, hosting, access and maintenance conditions should be defined beforehand.

How does payment work?

Payment is usually made in two stages: 50% to start the project and 50% before final publication. The monthly support fee, when contracted, is paid on a recurring basis in advance.

How do I request a proposal?

Simply fill in the proposal form with your name, company, contact, business area, website goal and preferred plan. After that, a proposal is prepared with price, timeline and included elements.

What type of companies is this service for?

It is suitable for companies, local businesses, clinics, beauty and wellness services, restaurants, accommodation, training, professional services, brands and projects that want to build more trust online, present what they do better and make contact easier.
