The NEXU website presents services related to website creation, digital presence and continuous improvement of online experiences for businesses and professionals.

3. Proposal requests

Submitting a proposal request does not create an automatic contract. Any service, deadline, price or scope will be confirmed in a separate proposal or written agreement.

4. Prices and services

Prices shown on the website are indicative starting points and may vary depending on the scope, complexity, content, integrations and additional services required.

5. Continuous Optimisation service

The Continuous Optimisation service, when contracted, is a recurring monthly service and payment is due according to the agreed billing terms. It includes up to three small website updates per month, as described on the Plans page. Small updates not used in a given month do not automatically accumulate into unlimited work in later months, unless a separate agreement states otherwise. New pages, major redesigns, complex integrations, new systems and other major work are quoted separately. NEXU does not guarantee specific performance, traffic or conversion improvements resulting from this service.

6. Intellectual property

The NEXU name, visual identity, text, layout and website elements belong to NEXU or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reused or redistributed without prior authorisation.

7. External links

The website may include links to external websites or tools. NEXU is not responsible for the content, security or practices of external websites.

8. User responsibility

The user agrees not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt to disrupt its operation or use the forms for spam or unlawful purposes.

9. Limitation of liability
